National Commercial Refrigeration Equipment Quality Inspection and Testing Center (Refrigeration and Food Processing Equipment Testing Laboratory of Huashang International Engineering Co., Ltd.) is a third-party testing laboratory authorized by the State (CAL/CMA) and recognized internationally (CNAS), with the registration number CNASL3069. Originally an inspection agency under the Ministry of Commerce, it was founded in 1978. In 1994, it was first recognized and authorized by the national quality inspection organization organized by the former State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. The laboratory covers an area of 905m2, including 683m2 test site. Equipped with more than 150 main testing instruments, worth more than 10 million. There are many post-doctors, doctors, masters, etc. in the central laboratory, one is a professor-level senior engineer, and enjoys national special allowance. There are many senior engineers, and a scientific research team with complete specialties, reasonable structure, solid foundation and strong strength has been formed. Strictly abide by CNAS-CL01: 2018 Standards for Accreditation of Testing and Calibration Laboratories, RB/T214-2017 General Requirements for Qualification Evaluation of Inspection and Testing Institutions and related application instructions, and establish an independent, fair, scientific and honest management system that is suitable for the workload, work type and work scope of the Center. Long-term commitment to the work of the two secretariats of the Refrigerator Sub-technical Committee of the National Refrigeration Standardization Technical Committee and the Terminology and Definition Sub-technical Committee of the National Refrigeration Standardization Technical Committee, organizing and directly participating in the revision of more than 20 national and industrial standards and the test and verification of standard technical indicators, and having a leading position in the domestic cold chain industry. The existing testing business covers the whole cold chain and has more than 50 testing capabilities recognized by CNAS. The inspection scope includes ski resorts, skating rinks, cold storage, containers, pre-coolers, freezers, air coolers, condensers and ice makers, etc., and mainly focuses on the temperature field distribution, thermal performance of the envelope, refrigeration capacity of the refrigeration system, energy efficiency coefficient and operating state. The center provides the client with objective test results in the form of "inspection report", and can also provide qualified certificates or appraisal results according to the client’s requirements and relevant regulations. The test report issued by the center is authoritative and fair, and has legal effect, which can be used for legal arbitration. As the new generation power of the center, the R&D department has strong scientific research ability, and can independently research and develop testing equipment, refrigeration equipment and new testing technology, and provide enterprises with the design, installation and debugging of testing laboratories and testing equipment and facilities. The center has led the design and installation of more than 10 laboratories, completed 3 provincial-level new technology research and development projects, completed 4 related research and development products for cold storage refrigeration systems, and won many industry science and technology innovation awards.
