In 2021, Grundfos organized sales, marketing, technology and operations functions to serve four different customer segments: Commercial Building Services, Domestic Building Services, Industry, and Water Utility to invest significantly into innovation and digital capabilities and respond to trends in changing customer needs. The global headquarters of Commercial Building Services is located to Shanghai since Jan. 2021. Grundfos has been the world’s first pump company to be awarded the ISO9001 certification and has met the ISO14001 environmental standards. Besides, it has been the first foreign company recognized by China’s energy conservation standards for clean-water centrifugal pumps and has for years been a leading supplier to the country’s government agencies. In Beijing, Grundfos has participated in a series of landmark projects: 2008 Beijing Olympic Pavilions, the Great Hall of the People, National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA), the new CCTV building, China Zun and Daxing International Airport in Beijing, etc. Also, Grundfos has been a supplier for such prestigious projects in Shanghai as the World Financial Center, Shanghai Oriental Sports Center, 2010 World Expo Axle and Pavilions, Shanghai World Financial Center, Expansion of the Hongqiao Airport, Disney Resort, National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, etc. Grundfos has long been an advocate and supporter of UN SDG goal 6 (Clean water and sanitation) and goal 13 (Climate Action).
