- product introduction:It is mainly used for red water circulation cooling of poultry carcasses produced in slaughtering line (slaughtering capacity of 2000-15000 birds/hour in a single pre-cooling line). It is specially developed for the slaughtering industry to implement the national food safety standard GB 12694-2016 "Hygienic Code for Slaughtering and Processing of Livestock and Poultry". Through the ejecting liquid supply technology, the structure design of falling film shell and tube heat exchanger, the careful selection of control elements and the rigorous setting of the control program, the device can provide ice water at about 0.3 ~ 1℃ stably and reliably. Under the condition that the proportion of chicken water is reasonable and the pre-cooling time is sufficient, the bird ketone body can be cooled below 4℃ as required by the national standard. At the same time, due to the low water temperature, the microbial reproduction was effectively inhibited. The quality of frozen products is good, and the quick-freezing heat load is greatly reduced. Due to the recycling of cooling water, compared with the traditional ice-sheet pre-cooling method, it has obvious effects of water saving, electricity saving and environmental protection.
