Slurry ice is a mixture of ice crystals and water. The content of ice crystals is about 40%, and its concentration can be adjusted. Since the slurry ice is a liquid ice, it can completely cover the surface of the cooling object, and can even be sucked into the interior by fishes, maximizing the surface area for contact and heat transfer, the cooling speed is fast, the freshness preservation effect is good, and the product can be kept in between -1°C and -2°C, the preservation effect is far greater than other general ice types. The slurry ice machine can also be used as an efficient water chiller.
