  • product introduction:About the CNC Rubber/Plastic Cotton Blanking Machine New Technique for Rubber/Plastic Insulation Construction of Galvanized Steel Duct and Water Pipe 1. This technique improves the blanking method of rubber/plastic insulation board, replaces the traditional four-piece separate blanking and bonding, which is convenient and fast. The operator can input the two dimensions, thickness and quantity of the rectangular duct of the CNC blanking machine according to the specifications of the duct. The automatic blanking machine will form a 90° V-groove at the corner of the air duct and the bottom of the V-groove shall retain a 3-5mm thick insulation board without cutting. 2. When the air duct is insulated, the four edges are folded at right angles with no splice joint. The air duct is insulated and kept flat and the edges are straight. Finally, the splice joint is kept at the middle position on the top of the air duct, and the cut joint is pasted with miter joint, which increase the bonding area to ensure the bonding effect. 3.The circular pipe interface directly inputs the outer diameter of the circular pipe and the thickness and quantity of the rubber/plastic board. The blanking machine automatically makes banking. The cut is a miter cut, which increases the bonding area and ensures the bonding effect.
