1.This equipment has functions of leveling, crimping and cutting. A secondary product line is not required, which saves the time of separate leveling, crimping and cutting. It can also automatically feed the material according to the length of the layout, which saves the material.
2.This equipment is designed with a cutting area and a unloading area, and is also equipped with a dual movable loading platform. After the completion of cutting, the cut materials leave the cutting area with the loading platform and enter the unloading area for code writing and unloading. Another loading platform enters the cutting area from the unloading area at the same time. The system automatically comes with the next cutting code, to execute the next cutting instruction after confirming by clicking. The time for platform exchange is 17 seconds. This cycle can realize cutting and unloading at the same time, which is efficient and safe.
