  • product introduction:Pe-rt is a kind of middle density polyethylene with stable mechanical properties, which is prepared by metallocene catalytic copolymerization of ethylene and octene monomers. Its unique ethylene main chain and octene short branch chain structure, it has excellent toughness, stress cracking resistance, low temperature impact resistance, excellent long-term water pressure resistance and thermal creep resistance of Octene. 1. Softness: PE-RT is soft. No special tools are required during construction, so the cost of processing is relatively low. 2, thermal conductivity: for floor heating pipes need to have good thermal conductivity. The thermal conductivity of PE-RT is better than that of PP-R and PP-B pipes. Very suitable for floor heating. 3. Low temperature heat shock resistance: pe-rt has better low temperature shock resistance than pe-rt. During the winter construction, the pipe is not easy to be subjected to the impact of the ordered aspersing cherry, which increases the flexibility of the construction arrangement. 4. Environmental Protection: PE-RT and PP-R can be recycled without polluting the environment. 5. Processing Stability: PEX has the problem of controlling the degree of cross-linking and the degree of cross-linking uniformity, and the processing is complex and directly affects the performance of pipe. PE-RT and PP-R are easy to process, and the properties of the pipes are basically determined by the raw materials, and the properties are relatively stable. PE-RT can be connected with hot-melt connection method, suffered from accidental damage can also be used to repair the pipe hot-melt connection. The ground heating raw material has a creep-rupture thermal breakdown curve which is in line with the product standard. It is the only kind of polyethylene that can be used in hot water pipe without cross-linking at present.
