Manik Engineers manufactures controls, control valves for automation of refrigeration plants since 1978,Our products include Ammonia solenoid valves, Liquid level controllers, Pressure / Temperature Regulating Valves, Stop Valves, In Line Check (Non-Return) Valves, Safety Valves, Hot Gas Defrosting system for gravity and pump recirculation plants, Screw & Piston Compressor Capacity Controllers, sensors, transmitters, indicators and controllers for temperature, pressure, relative humidity, carbon dioxide & ethylene. We also manufacture High Pressure Valves with working pressure upto 55Bars for high pressure applications such as CO2-Ammonia cascade systems. Manik Engineers latest product range offers these valves in Stainless Steel as well for installations in seaside areas and outdoor applications where the air is highly humid and corrosive. The Stainless Steel series is suitable for Maximum working pressure of up to 80Bars. In addition, we manufacture dataloggers/concentrator, web-based monitoring solutions, centralized plant monitoring & controlling systems and mobile based applications to meet modern monitoring & datalogging requirements of the industry. Our centralized Ammonia Leak detection system, Emergency Pressure Control System & Man Trap Alarm System helps to maintain safety during plant operation. Manik Engineers being ISO9001:2015 certified company is also the only Indian refrigeration controls company to have their products according to European Standards and have CE/PED certification in accordance to the PED directive 2014/68/EU. And EAC certified for Russia. Some of our products are also approved for NATO navy applications. Our unique energy saving products such as Automatic Air purger, Water removal system(WDO), Air to air heat recovery systems, Desuperheaters to generate free hot water from your refrigeration plant & Adiabatic condenser energy saving system have helped our customers achieve tremendous energy savings and smooth plant operations
