Since this material has so many excellent features, it is very popular as a kind of high-end insulation material in the world. Into the twenty-first century, the material has been about 20% of the average annual market growth which quickly dominates the market, resulting in widely recognized by customers. In response to market demand, we have developed a green, environmentally friendly new high-end glass wool product. The glass wool is formaldehyde-free and phenol-free. Due to no harmful substances, the formaldehyde-free glass wool broke the traditional awareness that glass wool is harmful, which makes people use it more safe. As we all know that normal glass wool absorb water easily. In order to solve this problem, we have developed hydrophobic glass wool. It greatly improved the application of glass wool. It is widely used in curtain wall, duct, pipe, vessel and so on. We choose natural rocks such as basalt, dolomite as main material, and apply advanced formulation process for manufacturing rock wool products by the first-class production equipments. Our rock wool has excellent thermal insulation and sound-absorption performance. Besides, its perfect fire-proof capability makes it to be real grade A1 incombustible material. When fire, it doesn’t burn and it doesn’t come out toxic smoke gas or combustion dripping. Its melting point is over 1,000℃. It is widely used for building, vessel, industry and agriculture field.
