- product introduction:The D1951A compressor is an efficient oil-free refrigeration compressor specially developed by our company for the green and environmentally friendly refrigerant R134a. It can be used in comfort air conditioning chillers or commercial chillers for producing cold water above 0 ℃. The D1951A air suspension centrifugal refrigerant compressor consists of an inlet regulating mechanism (IGV), impeller, diffuser, volute shell, air bearing, motor, seal, etc. The compressor adopts a mature and reliable closed structure, and the two-stage compression adopts a symmetrical arrangement of impellers in the back direction, which is conducive to balancing the aerodynamic axial force and improving the bearing life. The motor is a permanent magnet synchronous motor cooled by refrigerant, and the cooling effect is not affected by the external environment. By changing the output frequency of the power supply through a frequency converter, the motor speed can be adjusted to achieve stepless speed regulation of the compressor. The motor rotor directly drives the impeller, eliminating the gear speed increasing device of conventional centrifugal compressors, reducing mechanical losses, and improving compressor efficiency. Friction connection is used between the rotor and impeller to avoid stress concentration, dynamic imbalance, and other issues, resulting in higher reliability. In addition, the compressor adopts dynamic pressure air bearing, which relies on the high-speed rotation of the rotor to form an air film, without the need for lubricating oil or additional gas supply system, resulting in smaller friction losses. The compressor inlet is equipped with an inlet adjustment mechanism, whose main function is to adjust the load of the compressor by changing the intake pre swirl to achieve flow control. The imported regulating mechanism not only ensures that the compressor operates at low loads and expands its working range, but also improves efficiency under partial load conditions. The special bearing form and driving structure reduce the size of the D1951A air suspension centrifugal refrigerant compressor by more than 25% compared to traditional conventional compressors of the same capacity. The refrigeration unit products equipped with this compressor have energy efficiency far exceeding the national standard requirements and noise levels below 75dB (A).
