- product introduction:Ice storage is the process of immersing a pillow shaped heat exchange plate in a water storage tank. The refrigerant flows inside the plate cavity to absorb the heat from the water outside the plate, reducing the water temperature until it freezes. Eventually, a uniformly thick ice layer is formed on the surface of the heat exchange plate (the thickness of the ice film depends on the ice making time). The ice film is stored statically in the water tank, so the water temperature in the tank is extremely low, close to 0 ℃.
When releasing cold, stainless steel air pipes are evenly arranged at the bottom of the water storage tank. The high-pressure blower is turned on to drive pressurized air into the stainless steel air pipes. The constantly rolling water in the water tank will cause the ice layer on the evaporator plate to melt evenly, resulting in extremely low-temperature ice water.
