By using the intelligent control technology, combined with the intelligent variable frequency constant pressure water supply controller developed by our company, through the comprehensive analysis and calculation of the water inlet pressure, water outlet pressure and set pressure, the automatic regulation equipment operates efficiently and stably. The working process is as follows:
1) After the tap water is connected, the single main pump of the water pump unit operates with frequency conversion to maintain the water supply. When the demand of the system increases, the rotation speed of the water pump will be increased automatically and the flow will be increased. If necessary, several water pumps will be put into operation successively to maintain the water supply pressure. When the demand of the system decreases, the current power frequency water pump will be stopped successively and only one water pump will operate with frequency conversion to maintain the water supply pressure.
2) When there is no water in the system, the equipment will automatically enter the sleep energy-saving state. When the water consumption increases and the outlet pressure is lower than the set wake-up pressure, the equipment will automatically resume operation.
3) If the water consumption is too large and the water in the flow regulator is replenished, when the pressure of the water inlet (municipal water supply network) is detected to be lower than the set lower limit pressure value, the equipment will automatically shut down and give an alarm to protect the municipal network. When the pressure of municipal water supply network is restored, the equipment will automatically resume normal operation.
