  • product introduction:Energy Saving: Since the condensing temperature of an evaporative cooler is determined by its wet-bulb temperature, which is generally 6-8°C lower than the dry-bulb temperature (ambient temperature), our evaporative cooler’s unique structural design fully utilizes this condition. This results in lower condensing temperature and pressure in the refrigeration system, increased compressor cooling capacity, and reduced power consumption. Furthermore, the evaporative cooler itself is equipped with a water pump, and its motor power is only about 1/3 to 1/4 of the power of the water pump motor used in other water-cooled condensers. Water conservation: Evaporative cooling primarily utilizes the evaporation of water to remove the condensation heat of the refrigerant. 1L of water evaporation can remove 670W of heat. Other types of water-cooled condensers, however, rely on the water’s temperature rise to absorb specific heat and remove heat, with each 1L of water removing only 4-5W of heat. Therefore, to remove the same amount of heat, other types of water-cooled condensers require a much larger volume of cooling water. This necessitates larger circulating water pumps, circulating water tanks, cooling towers, and circulating water pipelines. Consequently, water leakage and evaporation from the tanks, leaks in pipes and valves, and runoff from the cooling tower all contribute to significant water loss. Evaporative cooling, on the other hand, requires less circulating water, and the dehydrator used in our evaporative cooling system has a highly efficient dehydration capacity, resulting in minimal water loss due to evaporation and runoff.
