The China Refrigeration 2008 will be held from April 9 to 11 at Shanghai New Int’l Expo. Centre. More than 860 companies from more than 30 countries have submitted their application forms. In the exhibitors list, there are so many big names in the industry like Carrier, TRANE, Dalian BingShan Group, SHANGHAI HITACHI, Medea, Bitzer, Danfoss, Emerson, Dunham-Bush, LS, SIEMENS, Honeywell, SCHNEIDER, DU PONT and so on who are our regular exhibitors. Furthermore, some famous brands not showing up at any exhibitions in recent years will come to join CHINA REFRIGERATION 2008, like Daikin (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and Mitsubishi Electric Air-Conditioning & Visual Information Systems (Shanghai) Ltd. It is going to be the first show of DAIKIN after merging McQuay; Mitsubishi Electric will exhibit their newest series of air-conditioning products. The key players in the industry gather in China Refrigeration 2008 will make the exhibition more glaring. Along with the development of the HVAC&R industry, besides displaying products and technology, China Refrigeration Expo. has become the more and more important place for the players to express their opinions of the future direction of the industry and their social responsibility.
The active feedbacks from the exhibitors can fully embody the great hopes and good expectations for China Refrigeration 2008. We will pay more attention to upgrade the service level. We will launch English version of Exhibitors Service System and Visitors’ Registration Service System to for all the attendees to make full use of the functions of the internet and expand the efficiency of exhibiting and visiting. Based on the successful experience of 2007, to prefect and enhance products preview function is our aim, which are extending exhibiting time to show the products on internet and make it the powerful marketing tool annexing to the show. The most important is that it can make it convenient for professional visitors especially for buyers to learn the details of the products before they go to the show. Up till now, more than 400000 visitors invitations have been sent out to recruit visitors and more buyer delegations will participate China Refrigeration 2008 next year in Shanghai.
To ensure for the qualified service, we need support of our exhibitors to send back all the information we need as soon as possible before the deadline.
Up to now, 5 halls have been fully reserved, China Refrigeration 2008 has shown the fact that more needs but less booths. We tried to arrange the booths for the exhibitors in order, but there are still more than 160 exhibitors having no booth. Meanwhile, we have been receiving the application forms form expecting companies continuously. The deadline for signing up is February 28th 2008, but the present condition is that we have no more booths to arrange. Many companies’ leaders can not understand it and more leaders of the companies are very anxious to have their booths confirmed which give us lots of pressure. So, we are going to build 5 tent halls in the central square. In this case, 10000 square meters displaying area will be expanded. And more companies are able to attend China Refrigeration 2008. We hope we can get understanding from expecting exhibitors. It is our obligation to arrange booths properly and serve for them comprehensively. We are really appreciated for the backup and patience from all the exhibitors, which inspires us to improve our service. It is the support from all the enterprises in the industry to make China Refrigeration expo. a very productive and paramount event.
We sincerely hope that more and more companies can join in China Refrigeration 2008. We also hope that companies can put forward more ideas and suggestions for us to improve China Refrigeration 2008.
