Bock is a leading manufacturer of compressors from Germany, founded in 1932. Bock offers the right compressors for refrigeration and air conditioning worldwide in all commercial, industrial, rail, bus and transport sectors. In year 2012, the compressor manufacturer Bock joined GEA Group as part of Refrigeration Technologies division, the business had developed very positively thanks for the extensive supports from customers. At the end of 2020, as part of it's strategic adjustment, GEA Group has signed an agreement with the buyer German financial investor NORD Holding for taking over the complete Bock business globally. In coming future, with the lead of NORD Holding, Bock will independently develop the business globally and continue offer high quality products, technologies and services that meet our customers' requirements. In China, the Bock business will be transferred seamlessly from GEA Refrigeration Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. to Bock Compressors (Suzhou) Ltd.. After the closing of transaction from 2021/3/1, all remain unchanged, such as the production site and facilities, as well as the plant operations team and sales, technical support and service team. Bock compressors team will continue to provide sincerely support and service for our customers in China.
